At 80 Twenty our staff have a broad range of experience surveying within a variety of property types. We have the facility to provide:
All of our surveys are carried out in accordance with HSG264 ‘Asbestos: The Survey Guide’.
80 Twenty have a team of highly experienced, qualified and competent asbestos surveyors. They all hold at least the BOHS P402 Certificate, and are fully trained and audited on an ongoing basis.
As per HSE guidance all of our samples collected are analysed by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory. If required we can arrange for Asbestos Testing or Sampling.

Asbestos awareness is a vital part of any employers training programme for their staff. As exposure to asbestos is the number one occupational killer, our course has been developed to provide the information to enable workers to question any material they feel may be suspected to contain asbestos.
Our Asbestos Awareness Training can be delivered in your own offices or on site to minimise loss of work time or if large numbers are involved in a suitable venue
Everybody attending our Asbestos Awareness Training will get course notes for future reference and a certificate of attendance.
Many larger larger contracting organisations now demand that operative’s sub-contracting to them have proof of attendance at a suitable UK Asbestos Awareness Training course. A training certificate is now a must have piece of paper.
